then that could become problematic 

since the operators of those countries would be enemies 

but if one private military contractor 

gets the contract to protect that individual 

then country A, country B and country C 

could pay that one private military contractor 

to protect that individual 

which would avoid situations 

were operators from country A, country B and country C 

get into conflict against each other 

because they are trying to protect the same individual
