no matter what it seems like
so it would be wiser
if china used all their research and development money and resources
to do civilian commercial research and development
since that will develop the chinese economy
and that will benefit china and the chinese people
chinese civilian commercial technology
will enable the chinese military
to develop and produce good enough weapon systems
and chinese civilian commercial technology
will enable china to colonize other star systems in the future
and possibly galaxies in the far future
