to partly or wholly financed infrastructure projects
that seem to be partly or wholly financed by governments
so then those infrastructure projects
would be owned by governments
but financed by me
which would be unknown to the public
I'm fine with that system
as long as infrastructure gets built
because that strengthens the economies in many countries
and that enables my companies to earn more money
