is either powered by big solar panels 

or by lasers that are fired from planet earth 

or by lasers fired from big satellites that are solar powered 

trash collector satellites uses energy 

to turn space trash into plasma 

which is used as reaction matter for propulsion 

so that trash collector satellites are able to move indefinetely 

as long as there is space trash 

and there will be space trash for the foreseeable future 

because civilian space technology is primitive 

and to clarify 

metal from space trash will be the primary matter 

used for the propulsion system 

since metal will be superheated to plasma 

and used as reaction matter 

in the rocket engines 

for propulsion in space 

that are used by the trash collector satellites 

when a trash collector satellite is full of trash 

then it moves that trash away from planet earth 

to a place in space where all that space trash is melted together 

and that space trash will later be used as reaction matter 

in plasma engines of rockets 

that travel within the solar system 

or the space trash could be used as construction material 

for industrial production in space 

such as production of robotics, satellites, rockets and space stations
