micro skyscraper

rich people usually build or buy wide and long houses 

with only a few floors to live in 

on a big piece of land 

medium income people build or buy normal size houses 

with one or two floors to live in 

on a small piece of land 

but ai, automation, robotics and humanoid robotics 

will make it very cheap to build houses 

while land prices is high close to the cities 

but land is always cheap far away from the cities 

so even poor people could afford their own houses to live in 

but instead of a wide and long house with a few floors 

it could be a micro skyscraper to live in 

on a normal size piece of land 

the micro skyscraper would have many floors and one elevator 

or preferably two elevators for redundancy 

and stairs for emergency 

an elevator would make it quick to move around the house 

instead of walking from one end of a long, wide house to the other end 

another advantage is the view from the higher floors 

each floor could have many rooms 

or one big room with a view through the windows on all four sides 

first floor could be kitchen and dining hall 

second floor could be bar and smoking floor 

third floor could be swimming pool 

fourth floor could be gym 

fifth floor could be guest rooms 

sixth floor could be a big terrarium with reptiles 

seventh floor could be big aquarium with fishes 

eigth floor could be a movie theater 

ninth could be offices 

tenth floor could be bedroom 

eleventh floor could be café 

roof could be sundeck 

optionally the micro skyscraper 

could have a floor with vertical farms for food crop production 

and a floor with indoor small animal farms for food production 

if it would be a family living in the micro skyscraper 

then they could have more floors 

so that the kids can have a play floor 

and a study floor 

and the children and later grandchildren 

would always be able to have their own apartments 

in the micro skyscraper 

if they got into economic trouble as adults 

the micro skyscraper would be on a normal size piece of land 

with gardens around it 

and so on 

or it could be a micro skyscraper 

surrounded by a forest on south side 

and a lake on the north side 

with a view over the treetops of the forest to the south 

and a view over the lake to the north 

on a big piece of cheap land 

far away from the city
