fountain of youth

there are probably very few or no unrighteous humans alive 

and all righteous humans 

have been upgraded with exotic technology cybernetics 

and those cybernetic humans 

have cybernetic limitations that will decrease 

so that those cybernetic humans will age slower 

and possibly become younger 

and since it's visible that entire populations stop aging 

and possibly become younger 

then media needs some excuse to explain the situation 

so if some medical companies release some rejuvenating medicine 

then that could be used as an excuse by the media
