I think that every alien civilization in the universe 

should get the opportunity to connect to each other 

with real time communication networks 

and near instantaneous travel 

either through portals or with spacecraft 

when I look at the countries on planet earth 

then it's obvious that those countries 

have had more advantages than disadvantages 

from connecting to each other 

and from what I understand 

from my telepathic communication with aliens 

is that alien civilizations that have connected with each other 

have had more advantages than disadvantages 

and from what I understand 

from my telepathic communication with aliens 

is that alien civilizations 

have formed federations within a galaxy 

but alien civilizations 

have never formed federations with multiple galaxies 

so a federation of alien civilizations in a galaxy 

could connect 

with another federation of alien civilizations in another galaxy 

but creating federations or empires should not be the goal 

instead the goal should be connecting alien civilizations
