it's been telepathically communicated to me
that there are alien refugees
that have escaped an alien empire
and those alien refugees
wants to know if they can move
their space stations and colony spaceceaft
into the space in the earth star system
where they would remain in space
and would not colonize any planets, moons or asteroids
