ark theory vs garden theory

ark theory: 

if humans from different ethnicities 

move to country A 

and country A enables other countries 

to discover advanced technologies 

and country A allows multiple conflicts, wars and world wars to occur 

in which all humans in all other countries except country A dies 

and in which all unrighteous humans in country A dies 

then country A could repopulate every dead country 

with righteous humans of different ethnicities from country A 

but if after a few generation unrighteous humans are born 

in country A and in the other restarted countries 

then the process would have to be restarted 

garden theory: 

country A protects all righteous humans 

in country A and in all other countries 

and country A allows multiple conflicts, wars and world wars to occur 

so that all unrighteous humans die 

in country A and in all other countries 

for many generations 

until humans are formed by evolution 

so that no more unrighteous humans are born 

for garden theory to work 

there needs to be atleast some trade between countries 

sometimes more trade to move money 

in order to lure out unrighteous humans 

and sometimes less trade with sanctions and/or tariffs 

for economic warfare purposes 

in order to enable conflicts, wars and world wars to occur 

and unrighteous humans wants to abuse others 

by making others poor 

which could happen because of the consequences 

in changes of trade depending on situations 

which lures out unrigheous humans
