in some of the james bond movies 

there are multiple individuals with 00 status 

so if the movie company wants a female 00 

then she could be 005 or some other number 

while james bond is 007 

which would probably irritate the movie audience less 

it was controversial in media when bond was blond 

but giving 007 to a female character 

is probably too much for the movie audience 

the movie audience probably wants 007 

to be a classic bond character 

while the other numbers could be other types 

since nuclear weapons were invented in the 1940s 

which led to that a few individuals 

could do a lot of damage with a backpack nuke 

and a way to deal with those types of threats was needed 

so it's understandable that the james bond books 

were published in the 1950s about 007 with a license to kill 

who is prepared to deal with any threat 

oh, by the way 

in reality bond girls are a bunch of nuns 

because they are worried that 007 would get into trouble 

if he fucks them 

because of who bond girls are connected to 

so no matter how horny bond girls are 

their desire to protect 007 is greater than their sexual desire 

because they love him
