many people don't trust the competence
of different individuals and interests
so if it's assumed that individuals and interests makes mistakes
atleast once in a while
then it could be beneficial if those mistakes were deniable
so if individuals and interests are able to do deniable activities
then their possible mistakes would not be so devastating
but then those individuals and interests
needs capability to do deniable activities
