cooler chips could be bigger chips if production becomes cheaper

according to media 

in computers arm soc chips become less hot than X86 soc chips 

and even less hot than X86 + GPU chip combos 

while doing similar processing tasks 

so then arm soc chips could be made bigger 

that is with a bigger surface area 

so that more transistors fit inside an arm soc chip 

to make it more powerful while not becoming too hot 

but for that to be possible 

then the production cost of chips has to go way down 

which could possibly make arm soc chips in laptops 

that are 5 times bigger than usual laptop arm soc chips 

and could possibly make arm soc chips in desktops 

that are 10 times bigger than usual desktop arm soc chips 

and could possibly make wafer size chips common in data centers 

which would speed up AI research enormously 

which would be cool and powerful 

and not too expensive either for company or customer 

if production cost goes down
