but the distances are so vast between them 

so that it takes too long time 

to travel and communicate that far 

unless advanced technology is available 

but likely few alien civilizations got acces to that advanced technology 

but my exotic technology 

could establish a no latency communication network 

so that avatars could be used 

for communication and interaction 

so that different alien civilizations 

could communicate and interact with each other across vast distances 

with no latency
