watertight wallet

a company could produce a wallet of a watertight fabric 
the fabric should atleast have a water column of 10'000 mm 
the wallet should be closed with a watertight zipper 

the wallet could be sold at a premium 
as outdoors and camping equipment 

the alternative for a camper 
is putting a wallet in a 1 liter translucent plastic bag 
which is time consuming when paying at the shop
