olive oil

I bought olive oil to use instead of butter on bread 

but the taste of the olive oil is acrid 

I would prefer to buy olive oil that has a fresh taste 

but which one is that? there are many products to choose from 

and all olive oils are called "extra virgin" 

it's supposed to be cold pressed olive oil 

but they are all called mechanically pressed 

I want to avoid the heat mechanically pressed 

because that's used to get the last drips of oil out of the olives
