harassment

I understand that different individuals and interests 
think that some situtions are critical and time sensitive 
but for me it's just a normal day or night 

so I don't want individuals and interests to irritate me 
by individuals talking near me or around me 
or by individuals moving near me or around me 
or by individuals behaving irritating near me or around me 
or by individuals seeking attention near me or around me
