and another military has satellite real time view of area 

and lots of long range missiles 

then air dominance becomes irrelevant 

to achieve real time satellite view 

that can't be disrupted by anti satellite missiles 

swarms of satellites are needed 

to deploy swarms of satellites 

reusable rockets that deploy satellites are needed
