that likely hampers person's dating life
and likely hinders person's social life,
if person is unofficial,
then misunderstandings could increase
and incompetence could have consequences
which could lead to feelings of shame among people,
which could lead to anger,
which could lead to conflicts
these are old and well known concepts,
even alluded to in fairy tales
