my cybernetic upgrades have damaged me unnecessarily much because of my living conditions

sometime after the year 2019 I ate calcium pills every day because removed some side effects of my cybernetic upgrades, 

but because of that I had to go to toilet and defecate in the evenings and sometimes at nights and early mornings when I woke up, 

that was not a problem because I lived in hotels and hostels so I had acces to toilet and tap water 24/7

later because of my living conditions I did not have access to toilet and tap water in the evening, night and early morning, because of that and because of lack of money, I had to stop taking calcium pills and because of my cybernetic upgrades, that led to that my teeth in my upper jaw are completely destroyed and many of my teeth in my lower jaw are destroyed 

and one tooth in my upper jaw have fallen off completely
