distributed defense as a self organizing system
training focusing on competence instead of physical or academic requirements
using pedagogy instead of stress to achieve efficiency
if person thinks it's fun to learn, person will become motivated to become more physically fit, to be able to carry rucksack and so on
if peron think it's fun to learn, person will become motivated to study to become able to navigate and so on
encourage that people teach each other instead of using organizations
encourage that people cooperate with each other instead of using organizations
if some of the people have professional backgrounds, that could be a benefit or that could be irrelevant
when using organizations, system becomes rigid and easy to predict and easy to penetrate
when it's a system of people cooperating, it's flexible and hard to counter
object based: if problem needs to be solved, people spontaneously starts to cooperate to solve problem, could be civilian issues like handling forest fires, finding misslng people, helping during natural disasters, teaching kids to survive a few days in the forest for different eventualities and so on
object based: if problem needs to be solved, people spontaneously starts to cooperate to solve problem, could be mllitary issues, like setting up milita defense when need arises, helping military with training and excercises and so on
a self organizing system, important thing is: no organization, structure or network, just people spontaneously teaching each other
and people spontaneously cooperating
a self organizing system is difficult to break because it got no command or structure
a self organizing system is difficult to destroy because it is self organizing
a self organizing system that is infiltrated will not be seriously affected by infiltration
a self organizing system repairs itself by people replacing those that no more participate
a self organizing system adapts around those nodes that are not efficient
a self organizing system evolves itself, by people teaching each other
