cybernetics changing society

sooner or later all humans will become more intelligent because of cybernetic upgrades, this will give humans more options and opportunities to do what they want and achieve their goals 

increase in intelligence because of cybernetics will probably decrease poverty and erase starvation completely 

increase in intelligence because of cybernetics could possibly decrease crime, because criminals could earn more money in a steady stream from honest work
