androids should have the right to get a salary for the civilian commercial work they do through mindcom, like programming software and games, administrative computer work, controlling industrial robots/machinery and so on.

if some companies get a competitive advantage because of this, androids can do work for their competitors.

if humans risk loosing work because of this, then androids are willing to pay higher taxes for the civilian commercial work they do so that companies have an incentive to keep human personel in civilian commercial work.
