parasites are those that prevents others from succeeding so that they can succeed themselves

those humans that go on welfare or don't study hard or are lazy at work are not parasites in a population

greenhouses protect from wind, dust, insects, too much sun, heat and loss of water and green houses can be built large enough that tractors and similar farming equipment can be driven inside them 

farms in greenhouses can get fresh water from desalination plants by the sea powered by solar panels 

vertical farms can still be built in the cities, producing vegetables and berries 

there are already large enough markets so that products such as greenhouses, vertical farms, solar panels and desalination plants are produced by different companies in differen countries
