Non crewed drone quad tiltrotor bomber/gunship/air to air. If possible, with some stealth characteristics.

Get it done, man. This is not high tech and it's getting a bit embarrassing, it is 2020 already.

Develop it, build it, make it work, then talk to a government customer.

If they don't bite build next iteration as a transport model for the civilian sector.

Tell the civilian customer that you took a risk and made a product from a good idea to save soldier lives, but that the military were too cowardly to bet on it. So now the product will help emergency services save civilian lives instead. 

And sell it to companies to make the transport industry more efficient instead.

New development model for the weapons industry.

Spacex has a good business model, they develop a finished product BEFORE they have any contract or deal signed with a (government) customer. When they have the first iteration of their product ready, they sell it/rent it out and immidietely start developing the next iteration. 

The weapon industry should use this model. If they don't have the necessary tech, they should just ask DARPA about it. Trust me, they have it. even if they don't know it. 

Just go whine to someone with influence. Explain how the new product will save soldier lives. 

And if the product seems like a good idea, DARPA will be influenced to give tech to the weapons project. Stop being so timid and GET IT DONE.

The need of civilian equivalent of DARPA

The civilian sector needs their own DARPA to help with the development of medicine, food, energy, transport and some electronics. This agency could use and develop tech from DARPA.

There could in theory be situations that DARPA has tech that it wants to give to medical companies, but the tech is so sensitive that they are not allowed to talk about it.

And the medical sector may not even know that some tech is even remotely possible so they don't ask anyone about it.

My guess is that DARPA has managed to help with development of medicine technologies among other things. 

But this process could possibly become much faster if there was a civilian version of DARPA that could receive tech directly from DARPA and in some cases present it as something they developed themselves.

It would in theory be much easier for civilian companies to talk to a civilian agency.

Disgusting bureacracy.

If social services takes away child from father and gives child to mother, then social services is unrighteous.

If social services is influenced by foreign intelligence. Then it is a job for the security service among others. Problem is security service wants to nail the foreign intelligence, they don't care that the child is not allowed to meet it's father. This makes security service unrighteous.

The police does not care that the child is not allowed to meet it's father. Police often help social services. This makes police unrighteous.

These procedures makes sure that social services wins all the time and continue with their disgusting behaviour.

Anyone who say otherwise is a traitor. Mark them and remember them for later.

Time for codetalking and doublespeak is over.

When security services, police and the entire civilian bureacracy is unrighteous it is time for the military to take over, still with the same politicians in formal control.

Military special forces personnel that accept to be commanded by police command are to be considered traitors. Under any circumstances.

If the military is supposed to help civilian agencies the miltary should always be under military command.

Military personnel should execute police officers that help social services. If they don't, they are of no use.

sneaky business

groups will sooner or later start targeting infrastructure, logistics networks and even possibly farmlands since it cripples a country while it has a low collateral damage at first. This will make it harder for governments to blame groups for resulting civilian deaths.

governments should take this development seriously and make the necessary investments in relevant security.

Wake up.

In the future wars will be fought in the shadows. That means the victories will be had in the shadows.

If two countries are in conflict and another party takes control of both of these squabbling countries it will not be known for their own military, security services or even intelligence services. The only ones in the know would be some covert activity or cell trusted by the invader. Only when the power is absolute will the new command entity reveal itself.

Some of these takeovers will be necessary to keep the peace, but mostly because most countries are too cowardly to fight a proper war with an equal opponent.

The leadership affected countries will likely be kept in the dark until further notice.

And when they are informed they will be ordered to continue squabble with each other for the sake of the civilians populayions happiness.

So what does this mean in practical terms? Well in the far future there will be no world wars, only smaller wars with a few countries involved. 

Conflicts will continue, it is part of human nature.

If some soldiers come into contact with some unit that their own command refuses them to deal with. Congratulations, those soldiers gave come into contact with tools of the new command structure.

Theoreticsl warfare in 50 years time.

In the far future a commander could be connected to a military without knowing what country or it belongs to or where it operates. This could be done through digital anonhmized communication.

The battlefield could have a virtual representation. This is all well and good. The commander does not know where the troops are and other details, need to know and all that.

Commander could be rented out to allied countries. But through a series of bizarre events the commander could end up commanding the opponents military. Without even knowing it, because of virtual battlefield and anonymized information.

This would not be a serious problem as long as both opponents don't end up in war with each other.

A commander who discovers himself in this situation would want to get fired from one or both responsibilities. Problem would be if both opponents already knew about this situation and still refuses to fire "their" commander.

Only way out of this is if commander try to prevent the two opponents from ending up in warfare with each other. But if it comes to conflict just end the war very quickly in a draw.
