microsoft has grown a lot in the software market 

and for microsoft to grow more in the software market 

then microsoft needs to grow the hardware market 

which will make the software market grow

so microsoft needs to grow in other markets 

such as the hardware market 

and microsoft have products in hardware markets 

such as tablets and mice 

but if microsoft grows more in the hardware market 

by making and selling cpu, stationary computers and servers

then microsoft risks cannibalizing its own customers 

such as dell and lenovo 

and microsoft has avoided cannibalizing its own customers 

by renting out servers in the azure service 

instead of making and selling servers like dell does 

but microsoft could grow in other hardware markets 

without cannibalizing its own customers 

by entering every hardware market 

where there are no or too few microsoft customers 

by competing with companies that are not microsoft customers 

or making those companies microsoft customers 

and production industry is the hardware markets that will grow a lot 

with the use of ai, robotics and automation 

and microsoft could make and sell some of the machines 

that the production industry needs 

so microsoft could buy companies that produce machines 

that are used for production by industry companies 

such as cnc machine companies, metal 3d printing companies, 

robotics companies and so on 

microsoft has been successful by making and selling software 

that developers in other companies use to create their own software 

and in the same way microsoft could make and sell machines 

that workers in other companies use to industrially  produce products 

and as the production industry grows 

then that industry will buy more machines and software 

from microsoft 

and as the production industry develops 

then that will strengthen the economic engine 

in every country 

which will decrease poverty in every population 

so that microsoft gets more customers
