there are extremely many alien civilizations in the universe 

and the civilization of humanity 

doesn't even have influence or power in its own star system 

so the civilization of humanity 

risks becoming insignificant like most alien civilizations 

but I will enable the civilization of humanity 

to achieve influence and power 

not just in the milky way galaxy 

but on an intergalactic scale 

and in time throughout the universe
