a human brain neuron has a simple architecture 

but the components of a chip in an ai accelerator card 

have a complex architecture 

which is probably why the human brain 

delivers so much iq power per watt 

while ai accelerator cards 

delivers so little ai power per watt

so the obvious thing would be to take a risc v core 

and design it to be as simple as possible 

and then have as many of them as possible 

and connect them to each other in what resembles a neural net 

inside the chip 

the probable design is that each risc v core 

connects to every other risc v core 

inside the chip  

and then produce a prototype 

and run ai on it 

to see if it works and if it delivers more ai power per watt
