are built cheaply with low quality and short lifespan
is because persons that buy or build those houses
are abused and tortured by unrighteous individuals
and unrighteous individuals want to take away or destroy
the house that those persons live in
because unrighteous individuals
want to make those persons homeless
or make them live in a more miserable place
so it would be a waste of money, resources and time
if those persons bought or built a high quality house
