an alien civilization could be in another galaxy 

on the other side of the universe 

so that their spacecraft and drones never travelled to planet earth 

but if communication was established 

between that alien civilization and other spacecraft near planet earth 

then unrighteous aliens in that alien civilization 

would try to abuse and torture individuals on planet earth 

and that lures out unrighteous aliens 

and if communication was established 

between that alien civilization and another alien civilization 

then unrighteous aliens in that alien civilization 

would try to abuse and torture individuals in another alien civilization 

and that lures out unrighteous aliens 

so if covert communication is established between alien civilizations 

in order to enable economic trade in the future 

then that would make unrighteous aliens try to abuse and torture 

individuals in other alien civilizations 

and that lures out unrighteous aliens
