is because biology has parasitic tendencies
which indicates that if there are aliens of biological origin
then those aliens probably have issues with unrighteous aliens that are born, literally
my guess is that every intelligent species of biological origin
either become extinct
or upgrade themselves to become cybernetic or machine
in order to prevent that unrighteous individuals are born, literally
