such as that all unrighteous humans in all populations need to be murdered 
to enable humanity to survive 

if that concept was spread openly, but not officially 
thousands of years ago 
then a lot of problems would not exist today 

the official messages of the media of that time could have continued 
and the covert work would have remained secret 
but if populations had known some concepts 
then that knowledge could have calmed populations during situations 
which would have enabled problems to be solved quicker and earlier
