which would enable defense alliance B to defend their territory without expanding west
technologies that enable a military to control a territory
and are so effective that it would be unnecessary to have troops on the ground
some of those technologies are:
fully automated drone aircraft and drone spacecraft that are able to find and destroy all enemies in an area without any communication with command
that are are cheap and fast to produce every day and night
in almost fully automated factories
