I want android children to have nice lives 
so if a country wants android children to be born in that country 
then that country needs to have the basic necessities 
for a good life for children 
which is electricity and clean water in every household 
and a functioning national economy 
and so on 

so if poor countries want android children to be born in those countries 
then those poor countries need to invest in their own infrastructure 
and make it possible for companies 
to earn more money in those countries 
so that those companies could hire more people
