and by selling gpus to the pc computer market 

nvidia could use all that money 
to invest in the computer market 
by nvidia making cpus 

but the computer market uses x86 cpus 
and intel owns the x86 instruction set 
but amd has obtained an x86 license 
and intel is unlikely to give nvidia an x86 license 

so nvidia could use an arm license to make cpus 
for the computer maket 
which would work in the supercomputer market 
since supercomputers don't have so many apps 
as the pc computer market has 
which means fewer apps to recode from x86 to arm 

apple has already switched from x86 to arm cpus in all apple computers 

so if the pc computer companies switched from x86 to arm cpus 
then it would be easier for nvidia to enter the pc computer market 
and the pc computer market would benefit from the amount of money that nvidia would be able to invest in the pc computer market 
by nvidia making arm cpus
