that an individual is abused 
then unrighteous humans probably feel comfortable 
around that individual 
they probably won't socialize with that individual 
but they will probably want to be near that individual sometimes 

possibly the close vicinity of the abused individual 
will become a meeting point for unrighteous humans 
because unrighteous humans will feel that they have control of that area 
since their control has lead to that an individual is abused 

there are ways to observe if an individual is abused 
such as: 
an attractive man that doesn't have any girlfriends 
an attractive man that has health problems that make him less attractive
a competent man that is unemployed 
a talented man that is poor 
a popular man without social contacts 
a popular man that is prevented from meeting his son 
and so on 

an individual fitting similar descriptions 
and that is visible and accessible 
could be a bait 
to lure out unrighteous humans
