righteous humans appreciates 

that other humans are more talented than themselves 

or have talents that they themselves don't have 

because then they can complement each other 

to solve tasks 

and common sense is required to organize that 

unrighteous humans 

don't want others to be more talented than themselves 

and don't want others to have talents that they don't have 

because unrighteous humans want to weaken others 

in order to strengthen themselves
