because some unrighteous humans can't resist
to make public toilets dirty in disgusting ways
in order to make it worse for others that use public toilets
and make it worse for those that clean public toilets
that's why public toilets is an easy way to lure out unrighteous humans
it's possible that if a righteous individual uses a public toilet
then that will increase probability
that unrighteous will try to make that toilet dirty in disgusting ways
in order to abuse that righteous individual
unrighteous humans want to abuse others
in order to weaken others
to strengthen themselves
