shoulder fired mini missile launcher

a sniper using a sniper rifle requires training 

sniper bullets are small but much ammunition is heavy

and sniper rifle is big and heavy 

instead a shoulder fired missile launcher shooting a small missile 

with no explosives which would make the missile lighter and smaller 

missile would carry less fuel to make it even lighter and smaller 

so that missile would be just fast enough 

to make it lethal against humans 

but too weak to harm a vehicle or building 

because the missiles are small and light 

the soldier could carry many missiles 

the missiles would be able to adjust their path 

if the soldier aims wrong or if the wind changes 

the missiles could have enough artificial intelligence 

to guide themselves toward target 

the mini missile launcher could have a screen instead of a sight 

which would make it easier for the soldier 

to choose target and guide missile toward target 

many mini missile launchers could be placed dispersed in terrain 

each mini missile launcher having multiple missiles in magazine 

and controlled from afar by soldier using a tablet 

this technology could make every soldier a sniper
