youtube auto translation

youtube has auto translation text that displays on the video 
but it has to be activated manually every time I start a video 
in a foreign language 
it would be more convenient if user could change settings to confirm which languages user speaks 
so that youtube automatically translates all other languages with text 
if it's only an issue that affects my youtube account
