meat patty recipe

before when I used minced meat to make meat patties 
I excluded carbohydrates powder like breadcrumbs or similar 
instead I used a lot of whole eggs to mix with the minced meat 

many whole eggs mixed with minced meat makes the meat patty 
fluffier which is a nice texture that adds to the taste 
the meat patties become viscous because of the high egg content 
and could become more thin in the frying pan 

I haven't tried if it works with meatloaf yet 
because the meat patty becomes somewhat viscous 
it would be difficult to form it to a meatloaf 
but if the minced meat mixed with whole eggs 
is put inside a oven pan or a loaf pan in the oven 
atleast for a while in the oven until it becomes more solidified 
and then removed from oven pan or loaf pan 
and left on itself on a baking sheet in the oven 
then that could work 

removing carbohydrates from meat recipes gives the meat a more animalistic taste 

vegetables with low carbohydrates could be used instead 
in various meat recipes 
while carbohydrates rich food like potaoes, rice and spaghetti 
is served together with the meat but not cooked together with the meat 
depending on the recipes
