healthy ice cream

use very much protein powder 
and mix with milk 
so that it becomes like thick mousse 
put in freezer for some time 
take out and stir 
put in freezer for some time 
and repeat until it becomes ice cream 

preferably use whey protein powder that uses sweetener instead of sugar 
with as little carbohydrates as possible 
there are many different flavours of protein powder 
most common are chocolate and vanilla 

ice cream machine could be used instead of freezer 

ice cream would be basically fat free 
but a little cream could be added as an ingredient for taste
