and a girl is attracted to a guy 

if girl prioritizes job, then she might fail to date guy, 
but she might succeed at job 

if girl prioritizes guy, then she might succed to date guy, 
but she might fail at job 

if girl's job is dependent on that girl succeeds at dating guy that she likes, then girl needs to succeed at dating guy in order to succeed at job
