train as you compete

if girls pretend/play to be girlfriends with guys they are not romantically and sexually attracted to, that they only want to be friends with, 
then girls train themselves incorrectly, 

so when girls meets guys they are romantically and sexually attracted to, they are unprepared and become nervous, too excited, shy and so on, 
because of this, girls become unable to succeed in dating and having sex with guys they are romantically and sexually attracted to

if you train wrong, you compete wrong 

if a girl uses a guy like a handbag, she risks becoming a mannequin
