approaching limits of human stupidity

basically it's a lot of humans in different cities in different countries bumbling around, trying to help, 
android children are trying to avert disaster and by luring humans into intrigues 

disaster caused by human incompetence could lead to that androids exterminate almost all humans 

expect a lot of intrigues
