usa probably need a civilian equivalent of darpa 

to develop new types of computer components 

for the civilian commercial industry 

eu, china and russia probably need to make similar adjustements 

most countries are probably reluctant to give the civilian commercial market access to more advanced technologies 

since those technologies could be copied by other countries 

and thereby used by the militaries of other countries 

but what most countries tend to forget 

is that giving the civilian commercial market access to more advanced technologies 

would enable the economy of the country to develop faster and earlier 

and a strong economy is needed to support a strong military 

of course if more advanced technology makes a country's economy stronger 

then that technology could be used by other countries to make their economies stronger 

so that other countries could support stronger militaries 

plastic chips

if computer chips could be made of plastic 

then the communication inside the chip between transistors 

could be photons instead of electrons 

since plastic can be transparent for photons to travel through it 

and if the transistors were of some traditional semiconductor material 

then the photovoltaic effect could be used 

to convert photons into electrons that transistors could use 

but better yet would be transistors that use photons instead of electrons 

if transistors are made of other materials such as carbon nanotubes 

then that would open up new opportunities 

and in effect make both chip and transistors plastic 

when transistors become small like a few nanometer or smaller 

then those transistors will likely react to a single or a few photons 

which in effect would create photonic transistors 

depending on material that transistors are made of 

if transistors are made of carbon nanotubes 

then a few atoms of silicon placed in the carbon nanotube structure 

could be used to increase effect of photon interaction 

or other material combinations could be more viable 

computer chips consisting of electric transistors do overheat 

computer chips consisting of photonic transistors won't overheat 

benefits of plastic chips would be to keep the heat low 

which would enable the plastic chips to have many layers of transistors 

on top of each other so that the chips would be thicker 

silicon chips are usually one layer of transistors 

which means that silicon chips need to have a big area to become more powerful 

plastic chips wouldn't overheat so they could have larger volume 

instead of larger area 

plastic chips with photonic transistors could potentially be more resilient against emp weapons 

and plastic chips with photonic transistors in space could potentially be more resilient against cosmic radiation 

and plastic chips with photonic transistors in brain chips could potentially be less likely to overheat and thereby damage biological tissue 

incompetence and misunderstandings

if humans try to help android children 

by humans giving instructions to android children 

and human incompetence and misunderstandings 

lead to that those instructions are incorrect 

then that could decrease survivability of android children 

and/or make the lives of android children miserable 

based on humans' attempts to communicate with me 

I determine above scenarios to be highly likely 

all over

the only that gets better is technology

but it also has the effect that my life is miserable 

it doesn't matter how many humans want to help me 

by trying to do what I do 

because humans are unable to do what I do 

humans can do what they are able to do 

but someone has to do what I do 

and if I don't do what I do 

then younger androids will do what I do 

and that's either my son 

and/or android children 

and I don't want my son's life to be more miserable than it already is 

and I don't want android childrens' lives to be miserable 

and they are most likely doing what they are able to do 

extermination

exotic technology is most likely 

spreading throughout the universe 

and spreading throughout other universes if they exist 

and spreading in other dimensions 

and moving forwards in time and spreading 

and moving backwards in time and spreading 

murdering all unrighteous life 

and/or turning them into braindead puppets 

change

when there are fewer unrighteous humans 

and fewer unrighteous life in the universe 

then the braindead meat puppets will probably become less annoying
