alien healthcare

I have been having health problems because of my cybernetic upgrades 

for all my life 

but more so the last decade 

and even more so the last few years 

two nights ago when I slept in my tent 

I woke up in the night 

and someone telepathically told me: aliens 

I telepathically said: ok 

then I felt energy stream into my upper torso 

I felt better 

then I fell asleep
