conspiracy theory

media reports a lot about humans having microplastics in their bodies
but maybe it's medical nano machines camouflaging as microplastics

a large cluster of nano machines could probably look like microplastics

that cluster of nano machines could send a few nano machines
to heal injuries or cure diseases
