I get the feeling that a lot of humans are trying to help 
usually when help is not needed 
during various situations or during no situations 

but when humans fail trying to help 
or when that help was unnecessary 
then humans think that they failed 

and when humans think they failed 
then they worry or even fear about consequences 

which is unnecessary since no help was needed
