that seem to be either a pre-technological civilization
or a post-technological civilization
either way, they seem interested in my ideas about technology,
but they also seem uninterested in constructing those technologies
not because they are physically unable
and not that they are unable because of their environment
but because I think they have reasons for being uninterested
they excuse themselves by claiming that some of them
"are a bit lazy"
the technologies that I have suggested are
ropes to pull themselves,
wheels, wheeled wagons and boats
the aliens seem to be living a sedentary life style
where movement is not usual
which could explain their disinterest in constructing technologies
