I have probably accumulated a lot of deniable money 
throughout the decades since 1981 
if various countries want to use some of my deniable money 
for their black budgets and similar stuff 
then I'm willing to do business 

I probably have so much deniable money 
that the problem is to find enough projects to invest it in
